How to Use Skinny Fiber

When you start Skinny Fiber, weigh yourself ONE TIME. Take your measurements and chart them on the skinnybodycare website you read about in the email. Take a before photo from the front and one from the side wearing tight fitting clothing. (VERY IMPORTANT!) DO NOT WEIGH FOR TWO WEEKS!
Normal dosage is 2 capsules twice a day 30-45 minutes before your two biggest meals with a FULL bottle of water. (Other dosages are optional. You can split your dosage to one for breakfast, one for lunch, two for dinner…also some woman who start off heavier may take 3 at a time when cravings are heavier)
Drink AT LEAST 64 ounces of water a day, it can be flavored with crystal light or MIO. But drinking this amount of water is crucial to start the weight loss.
No soda, no pop, no diet pop, no juice… WATER ONLY, all day long.
Make SURE you eat within the 60 minutes of taking the Skinny Fiber. Period. Super Important!! Follow the steps.
Take your capsules Every. Single. Day. No excuses!!!! SET AN alarm on your cell phone 30 minutes before your meals if you have too! You have to take it for it to work!
You CAN snack in between meals if you feel hungry, but if it’s going to be chips, chocolate, or candy, just forget about losing weight. Make it healthy!!! An apple, banana, small salad… anything fresh!!!
